Our Providers

Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Science degree in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Lindsay is excited to be serving the community and surrounding areas providing positive outcomes for clients. Lindsay has been providing mental health care at Ambience Counseling Center, LLC since 2007, as well as providing mental health services for multiple community agencies. These opportunities provided valuable experience while working with a variety of clients from children to adults of all ages. Lindsay is committed to each clients success and is available for individual, couples and family counseling.

Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Chadron State College while completing a practicum and internship through state and local agencies. Katie has experience in working with a variety of clients, and is determined to give her clients every advantage for success. Katie is available for individual, couples and family counseling

 Julie is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. Julie has experience working with client's of varying ages and diverse populations. Her previous employment included extensive work with children and adolescents in various roles in addition to family support and parental education. Julie is very excited to again be working within the community setting to provide substance abuse treatment services to both adults and juveniles as well as mental health counseling to individuals and families of all ages.   

 Sarah is a Family Support Worker and Community Treatment Aid.    She has experience with children and adolescents and enjoys working with families and children of all ages. 

 Trina McPherson is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor. Trina has experience working with adolescents and adults focusing on substance abuse evaluations and outpatient substance abuse counseling services. 

   Darcie received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 2016 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2021. During her practicum and internships, Darcie worked with clients from all ages and walks of life. She loves hearing about the lives of her clients and helping them develop skills to grow and reach their goals. Darcie is available for individual, couples, and family counseling.  

 Kelli is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Counselor.  She obtained her Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  She seeks to inspire each client to become all that they know they can be.  Kelli is experienced in working in the school systems.  She is a wonderful addition to our team providing excellent knowledge and services to college students in our area.  Kelli also provides individual, couples, or family counseling services with the option of telehealth for all ages.   

 Samantha is a  licensed Independent mental health counselor, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fort Hays State University. Samantha has obtained licensure in both Kansas and Nebraska and is available to provide services to individuals of all ages, families, and couples. Samantha is scheduling clients at our outreach location at the Norton County Hospital and also has availability for telehealth services.  

Kayla is our psychiatric nurse practitioner, and she is accepting new patients. Kayla has the education and experience to tend to the mental health needs of patients of all ages. Kayla is qualified to diagnose and treat patients with mental health disorders and can provide medication management.
